Atlanta Tennis Restringing Service for Youth (ATRSY) is a tennis-based social enterprise intermediary dedicated to addressing the high cost of tennis equipment, while supporting local foundations in Atlanta, Georgia. Our initiative aims to bridge the gap in access to tennis equipment.

Empowering Communities
We believe in empowering communities by expanding access, supporting initiatives and refurbishing unused tennis rackets. By providing refurbished tennis rackets and support to foundations, we aim to inspire and support young athletes while breaking barriers.
Meet the Founder
Neel Heilmann
Founder & Director
Neel Heilmann is an eleventh grade student at the Atlanta International School (AIS) with a vision to make a positive impact, he established ATRSY to address the lack of tennis equipment in Atlanta, Georgia.

Chase Youth Programs
We are proud to collaborate with Chase Youth Programs. Established in 2025, Chase Youth Programs is a LLC non-profit organization that focuses on using tennis to empower the youth, particularly those in underserved communities. Their goal is to provide for anyone, despite their background or financial status, the opportunity to play tennis. By incorporating our racket restringing initiative with the programs efforts, we compliment their focus of inclusivity and access, ensuring that equipments costs don't stand in the way for passion.
